‘My Life as a Zucchini’ – Maya Sundararajan

My Life as a Zucchini follows the life of a little boy who accidentally kills his mom, an alcoholic, and whose dad isn’t really spoken of in the movie. He is then sent to a foster care, where he makes many friends until he is adopted.

I think Zucchini is a sweet little boy, who is good at staying positive through everything that’s happened to him. I also like that he tried to be nice and kind to everyone even though not everyone gets treated with the same respect. I also thought it was nice how sweet he was to his little lady friend, and I also thought they had a cute little relationship. I also think he probably had a very guilty conscious, but it’s not really shown in the movie, which I thought was kind of funny. Overall, I enjoyed the film and liked all of the unique characters and aspects.
